曼恩斯特全陶瓷模頭由全陶瓷材料上下模、墊片、調(diào)節(jié)組件、合模螺絲螺母等組成。全陶瓷模頭設計意味著能夠在涂布工序中，能夠完全杜絕金屬異物混入對電池的影響。
具體來看，全陶瓷模頭具有六大特點：
1、全陶瓷材料：在使用正極三元材料同樣涂布工藝下，金屬模頭使用壽命在300萬米左右，陶瓷達到900萬米以上.；2、高耐磨：磨損量為鎳基合金的1/10；3、高硬度：硬度HRA：88-90，遠高于金屬硬度(HRC40)；4、耐腐蝕：陶瓷主要成分為二氧化硅，不溶于水，不溶于酸；5、變形?。合鄬饘?，陶瓷彈性模量大，扛變形能力強；6、抗沖擊：在相同的沖擊力，陶瓷抗沖擊性能遠高于金屬
